At Shoshanna, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not perfectly happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
